Why do I get a clearer picture from my anteena on the roof then I get from DISH satellite?

HD signals are sent out and can be picked up by anyone with an HD television and an antenna (just like the old days). Some HDTVs have the antenna built into them and pick it up that way.
I don’t know why the picture from your DISH is so crappy, but that’s something you should take up with your provider.

The only send hundreds of channels on horizontal being able to compress the case unless its pure hd on one satellite where years ago they can send 24 channels 12 on one satellite will.
The roof antenna is compression of signal dish gets it from the same source that picture quality would be better the only difference is dish gets it from the signal thats why they could only difference.
