How can I get out of my Dish Network contract?

I have had dish for 8 months and have 10 months left on my contract. Since we got it We have had problems. I have to point the remote in my room (tv 2) in a certain angle in a certain way, i was told i had a bad copy of software that the dvr had so I would have to wait for dish to fix it which i think still isn’t fixed. When watching a recording or live tv, the picture will sometimes freeze and blur for a few seconds and then resume. It happened this morning and I missed the play of the usa mens game when wade stole the ball and through an alleyoop to lebron. Thank god for replays. Dish has told me to deal with it and that i need to try some things on my own to fix there problems. It has also just stopped recording in the middle of a program. I have a new box since tuesday and it is still happening.
