		<description>I do not know about such a cover. I have installed systems inside the room of a south facing window (here it must point to the south). The glass will not stop the satellite signal. As with any satellite installation, there will need to be a clear shot to the south (no trees, and such). Being inside the house should cause no reception trouble, if the signal is not obstructed by curtains, and trees. Does he have a balcony? If so you could go with a tripod temporary mount, out on the balcony. As long as the dish is not actually mounted to the building, there probably is not a problem.</description>
