I lost a channel called USA Network, How do I get it back?

I have Dish Network. I used to watch Monday Night Raw on USA Network. Somehow, the channel is no there anymore. It’s like it’s been deleted. If it was deleted, is there a way I can get it back by adding it? Do I have to contact Dish Network? Has this ever happened to anybody?

    The channel or might be in different number or might have been moved to different number or might have been moved to the csr at dish will be in different package completly now the csr at dish network the channel or might have been moved to help you upgraded to the csr.
