    The ‘center of the focus` must be the focal
    point of the parabollic surface of the dish.
    “Oval” suggests a displaced focal point.
    ( “…which is center focused”)?
    If the curve is shallow enough, ‘bump forming`
    or laminating to a mold is probably your best bet.
    (That curve must be fairly precise in form.)
