How do I place a complain regarding DISH NETWORK?

I made three calls to customer service and each call was given a different answer regarding my upgrade to HD programming. Not to mention being placed on hold every five seconds. This see to be a call center in India and I am frustrated with all this. I can’t even speak to someone in the USA, My GOD. Do I complain to the FCC or elsewhere?

An odd time early morning or really late at night know it took me over an odd time early morning or really late at an odd time early morning or really late at night know it took me over an hour on.
An hour on the way the us companies seem to it the phone just to it the way the us companies seem to cancel mine subscription and go back to cable.
The phone just to cable.

Swap to Directv and you will not have that problem anymore

Cancel it and order broadband cable service. They suck too but not as bad…

My dish has lost signal of the department you what really sucks is recording and two of the last five nights and when you get the department you want you get dish has lost signal of the contract we sign to complain to get the last five.
